Refund Policy

Refund Policy

  • Deposits
    All deposits paid to secure a booking are non-refundable, except in cases where we are unable to carry out the service due to reasons within our control.

  • Customer Cancellations

    • Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled service date may be eligible for a refund excluding the deposit.

    • Cancellations made within 7 days of the service date will forfeit the deposit and may be subject to additional charges if we are unable to rebook the slot.

    • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the service or on the same day may be liable for the full quoted amount.

  • Service Issues or Incomplete Jobs
    If a job cannot be completed due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., customer not being present, lack of access, undisclosed items), no refund will be issued. In some cases, a redelivery or rescheduling fee may apply.

  • Refunds for Overpayments or Unused Add-Ons
    If optional extras (such as key waiver time or packing materials) are paid for in advance and not used, a partial refund may be issued upon request, unless otherwise stated.

  • Refund Method
    Approved refunds will be processed via the same payment method originally used by the customer and may take up to 7 working days to appear.
