Refund Policy
Deposits
All deposits paid to secure a booking are non-refundable, except in cases where we are unable to carry out the service due to reasons within our control.
Customer Cancellations

Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled service date may be eligible for a refund excluding the deposit.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the service date will forfeit the deposit and may be subject to additional charges if we are unable to rebook the slot.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the service or on the same day may be liable for the full quoted amount.
Service Issues or Incomplete Jobs
If a job cannot be completed due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., customer not being present, lack of access, undisclosed items), no refund will be issued. In some cases, a redelivery or rescheduling fee may apply.
Refunds for Overpayments or Unused Add-Ons
If optional extras (such as key waiver time or packing materials) are paid for in advance and not used, a partial refund may be issued upon request, unless otherwise stated.
Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed via the same payment method originally used by the customer and may take up to 7 working days to appear.
