Completion-day moves can involve waiting for keys after loading, so we confirm the move plan clearly before booking. This includes the agreed inventory, vehicle setup, crew size, access details and what happens if keys are delayed.
For larger moves, longer-distance moves or properties with more limited access, we may recommend a detailed item list, photos or a short video walkthrough before confirming your fixed quote.

If keys are delayed after the agreed waiting point, any waiting charge is explained clearly before booking.

Completion-day quotes assume the agreed items are packed and ready, parking/access is as described, and keys are released in time for unloading to begin. If keys are delayed, access changes, extra items are added or the move takes longer due to factors not shown before booking, additional charges may apply.
