We plan storage moves around the details provided before booking, including storage access, booking slots, opening hours, lifts, loading bays and unit location. However, delays can sometimes happen if the storage facility is not ready or access is different from what was agreed.
If a delay or access issue prevents us from working as planned, we’ll explain the situation clearly and confirm the most practical option before continuing.

Waiting Time

Storage facility waiting time is charged at £20 per 30 minutes where delays are outside the agreed quote allowance and prevent the team from working.
Failed Access
If storage access fails completely after we attend, the original fixed quote remains payable once attendance has occurred. This may include situations where the site is closed, the unit is not ready, access is refused or the correct access code is unavailable.
If you want us to continue, we’ll confirm the most practical option and any additional cost before proceeding.
