The site contained mixed waste, bulky items, furniture, and general debris that needed to be cleared so the new business could begin using the space immediately.

What We Did
We carried out a full commercial property clearance, removing all internal junk, furniture, and general business waste left behind by the previous occupants. Our team cleared two outbuildings containing wooden units, old equipment, bulky waste and various materials, along with all outdoor spaces where loose waste and abandoned items had been scattered around the premises. All waste was sorted on-site into general waste, wood, metal, cardboard and WEEE to ensure compliant disposal and reduce unnecessary tipping costs. We then loaded everything safely into the van using our licensed waste carrier service and left the workspace, outbuildings and surrounding outdoor areas completely emptied and ready for immediate use.

What We Did
