The customer was moving locally within Lutterworth and had arranged an early key handover at the new property. This allowed the team to use a single van and complete the move in two organised trips. Support was required with dismantling her double ottoman bed and ensuring all items were safely transported to the new home.

We carried out the move using one van, completing the relocation in two trips thanks to the early access arranged by the customer.
The team carefully dismantled the customer’s double ottoman bed, loaded all furniture and belongings, and transported them to the new property in Lutterworth.
At the delivery address, we reassembled the ottoman bed, unloaded all items, and positioned everything where the customer wanted it. The entire move was completed smoothly and within the expected timeframe.
