What the Job Involved
The customer required a complete collection and delivery service for furniture, televisions, boxed appliances and household belongings. The inventory included an electronic TV ottoman bed and mattress, two televisions, dining furniture, a wardrobe, drawer unit, bathroom cupboard, drying rack and boxed items. Dismantling and reassembly of the TV bed were included within the agreed move.
How We Handled the Job
Before moving day, we researched the electronic TV bed so the team could plan how to dismantle and rebuild it safely. On the day, our two-person team protected and loaded the agreed furniture, televisions, appliances and boxed belongings into the Luton van. At delivery, everything was carried from the road through the rear access route and up the external stairs. The TV bed was then reassembled and the remaining items were positioned as requested.

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. I had quite a lot of belongings to move, and the whole job came with a few challenges, everything had to be carried up to the second floor with no lift, parking was difficult, and the most complicated part was my TV bed, which has built-in electronics and needed to be carefully dismantled and reassembled.
What really impressed me was that Luke had even looked up the bed online beforehand to understand how to dismantle it properly. I really appreciated that extra bit of preparation and care, and it showed how seriously he took making sure everything was handled correctly.
Both guys were brilliant throughout, really nice, polite, approachable and friendly, but also incredibly quick and efficient. They handled everything with care and made what could have been a very stressful move feel so much easier.
