The team loaded items from a 3rd-floor apartment where access was restricted, requiring a long carry to the lift and careful manoeuvring of large items. After securing everything in the van, we transported the items to a 2nd-floor apartment with no lift, carrying all items up the stairs safely. Everything was placed where the customer requested.
