Brief
The customer was relocating between two city centre flats in Leicester and needed help moving their larger items. Access at the delivery address required navigating multiple stairwells and long internal walkways, resulting in an unusually long unload route.
What We Did
What We Did
We carried out the move using our Man and Van service, loading items from the ground-floor apartment and transporting them to the new third-floor flat in Leicester city centre.
On arrival, the team completed an extensive long-carry route—covering around 3 miles during the unload due to the building layout, access points and internal walkways.
All items were delivered safely to the correct rooms, despite the challenging distance.

What We Did
The biggest challenge was the extremely long carry distance at the delivery property, requiring significant time and effort from the team. Navigating stairs and long internal corridors with heavy items added to the complexity of the job.

What We Did
All items were moved safely and delivered to the new flat without issue. Despite the long-carry requirement, the move was handled smoothly, and the customer was very happy with the service.
